All bookings require a deposit of one night's tariff to be paid at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit for all Special Offer Rates is the full amount paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable. e.g. "3 for 2" and others.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 7 days notice.
Check-in outside the specified hours of 1400 to 2100 hours can be made subject to Prior Arrangement.
We accept some pets subject to prior arrangement by telephone for certain rooms only. There is a charge of £7 per pet per night to cover the cost of additional housekeeping necessary.

Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival will incur no further charge.
Bookings cancelledbetween 14 and 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the balance.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the balance.
